Zonesense doesn't work during the entire session

Hi everyone,
On my last 3 runs, Zonesense didn’t work properly. It started or ended in the middle or near the end of the session.
I use a chest strap and the app is activated on the sport profiles I use.
Anyone has an idea ?

Tried several things again, setting intensity zones to ZS, uninstalling and installing ZS+ app. No success so far, ZS still doesn’t work.
Today will run with specific HR zones and will repair the chest strap again. -
I run yesterday with a re-paired sensor - ZS didn’t work. During run a timer in ZS screen stays at zero. Time basically doesn’t start. I suppose that it might to do something with an update on sensors connection side of watches - it’s like running without chest strap, when ZS timer stays still. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Some updates for me :
My chest HRM doesn’t work in the beginning sometimes (it monitores my HR After 5-10 min).
ZS seems to work a little better since 2 or 3 sessions. I’ve used runanalyze and the HRV graph was not clean at all so something concerning the HRV monitoring and his quality.

@Rinbo71 could you comment on this please “ZS seems to work a little better since 2 or 3 sessions.”? Did ZS just somehow started to work with 2.44?

I rolled back to 2.43 and run yesterday with working ZS. Yes, I cannot set ZS as zone or a target, but at least I am getting readouts.

@Alonzo little precision for me : during my runs, ZS works perfectly and I have all the details on the screen. It’s when I chek on the app after the runs that I see there is a part missing on the graph. Put my fit files on runanalyze and discover that at some moments, the HRV graph is not clean at all and it corresponds to the same moments I dont have ZS data on app graph.

@Rinbo71 I see! thanks for sharing - sounds like an issue with your chest strap, I’d say.
In my case ZS doesn’t work at all with FW 2.44.
