Vertical sleep score /HRV

Sleep score and HRV use to work fine …but no nearly every morning when I wake up it says 50% and HRV has not been recorded …on the odd morning that does not say 50% HRV is recorded
Battery is on performance mode HR wrist tracking is enabled latest updates installed …anybody got any ideas as to what’s going on ? -
@snorbie soft reset the watch. Make sure your sleep times are properly set and HR is enabled 24x7.
-
@larrybbaker I have tried all of them fixes and still I’m getting 50% sleep and no HRV …might try a hard reset next
-
@snorbie Same issue on the Race S here since the last update except that only first night got half of the sleep. Now the watch does not record any sleep during the night. If you tried a hard reset, did it work ?
-
@snorbie Mine is working with no issues.

And your Sleep tracking and HRV tracking are enabled in sleep settings?
-
@Squirrel Yes the only thing disabled is the Do not disturb parameter. Everything else is enabled. Last night I only has 3 hours 38 min out of 7 hours recorded. It’s the second time in a week that I manage to have some data. I even disabled the Stand up reminder as the support told me to. When I wake up I have to get off the watch of my wrist ans put it back and see the green light of the OHR so that the heart rate can be monitored again. Otherwise, the heart rate keeps displaying it is calculating it.

In case, Suunto staff is passing by : After a few days of analysis, it looks like the heart rate monitoring stops after the blood oxygen computing is done. I noticed the the computation time match this moment.
