How to clean and after beach use (sand removal) and swimming in a chlorine treated pool

Hi everyone!
I was running on the beach, and some sand got into the air pressure (altimeter and barometer) holes. I read that we should never insert objects into these holes.- What do you recommend I do to clean it?
- How should I clean my watch after swimming, especially in chlorine-treated swimming pools?

- have a swim again
- take a shower
With this approach I have never had any problems with my devices.
