Connect to calorie calculator.

I try several calorie calculators/planers recently. Most of them have connection to all kinds of apps with activity data. All of them have a direct connect to garmin.
I try to look for options for my Vertical. I found only way as “Watch => Suunto app => Health Sync => Google fit => calculator”.
But I do not want to pay 2 euro for health sync. And I do not want to make manual inputs to the calculator.
Is there any “normal” way to sync at least in the google fit?
