Feature Request: Timer enhancement

Just some thoughts about the current Timer/Countdown implementation.

add a setting to let timers continue to ring until stopped manually
(recently I have been focused on something and did forget about the timer for something boiling in the kitchen
) -
add an option to remember used custom timers. Everytime making boiled eggs I have to set up a 6:30 Timer or start 2 x 3 min Timers for mediumg eggs
Would be great having multiple timers but I guess this is feature creature.
