Suunto vertical black screen

After the last update, the watch suddenly showed a lock screen with a padlock, without being able to unlock it, I restarted by pressing the top button for 12 seconds, and it did not turn on again, the screen remained black with the lighting on, the battery at the time of the problem was at 90%.

@Max-maxilifeguard Hi Max, something very similar happened to me after updating from version 2.43.8 to 2.43.12. The watch kept restarting and nothing helped. I shipped it to Suunto official repair center - they flashed the latest FW again and sent it back to me within 2 days - a great support from their official repair center HSH Sport in Prague - big THANKS to them.
