Since installing the new firmware, I’ve noticed that when cycling with auto-pause enabled, the activity auto-pauses, even when moving.

Disabling auto-pause lets me see the speed on the screen, and whilst moving at say ~25km/h, it’ll show a much lower number, which is what’s triggering the auto-pause.

      Setup as follows:

      • Vertical, firmware 2.43.12
      • Speed sensor: WYÛR

I haven’t been able to reproduce this on other devices (Apple Watch Ultra, Wahoo Element Roam), earlier versions of the firmware on this watch, which leads me to believe this is related to the new firmware.

Weird comorbidity: tried today with my Karoo, and it was problematic. Not the Suunto firmware update!

@Ze-Stuart how about without this extra sensor?
        Does it need calibration?

@Egika hey, I didn’t try. The sensor is correctly calibrated to the wheel size.

If it was a calibration issue, the speed would be consistently wrong, not inconsistently wrong, eg if I was going 25km/h, and the size was set too big, it would show 30km/h, instead of 25 25 25 7 5 3 7 12 25 25 25.

Edit: it makes me think of the power meter issue reported on the main firmware update thread, with dropouts: if the Bluetooth connection to the sensor dropped, and the watch wasn’t receiving the correct revolution data form it, the speed would be incorrect.
