Minimum heart rate

My watch shows a minimum heart rate that doesn’t seem to match the measurements. For example, it shows minimum heart rate in the last 12h as 60, but looking at the live measurements I see lower values (at this moment 52). Does anyone recognise this? Or does it have to do with an average that is used for the “minimum” value?
