      Hello! I am wondering if anyone has had this issue before.
      Long story short, I dove (jumped in) into a shallow pool no deeper than 1.6m and my watch went automatically to recording a Scubadive. It gave me no options to stop the activity, I could lock the screen, change the brightness, or flash through the available screens, nothing else.
      After that, the watch face went back to the default, showing me my surface time.
      Modifying the complications, only one of the three customizable areas accepts the changes. The other two do not, and just show the default surface time stats, no matter what I select.
      I can change to other watch faces without issues customizing their complications.

      If this is a bug, here are more details as to what I am working with in case Suunto wants to try and reproduce.
      Suunto Ocean --> Software 2.38.42
      Model Number --> DW223
      Hardware --> 3272C3

      I have a customized running sport mode
      I used that running sport mode for 1hr. I believe the watch was still showing me the activity recap stats on the screen when I dove into the pool, at least 5min after i had finished running.
      I swam along the bottom for about 10 seconds and felt my watch vibrate. I surfaced and noticed it was in scubadiving mode.

      Very strange behaviour.

        @dalbertlebrun not strange at all.
        It is all described in the manual: https://www.suunto.com/Support/Product-support/suunto_ocean/suunto_ocean/scuba-diving/dive-setup/

          Thank you @Egika that must be it. If that is by design then I would ask for an enhancement request.
          I can understand having an automatic dive depth start, but it would be nice to be able to turn off that automatic setting. Especially when you aren’t in the scuba diving activity.
          I don’t want to go into scuba diving mode every time I jump into a pool. It throws off the surface time stats.

          Also (and maybe it’s related to surface time stats) it’s the fact it has triggered this faulty behaviour of resetting my watch face and not allowing the change of complications for a few watch faces.

          It was world ocean day the other day and Suunto brought out this whale and shark watch face. I installed those on my watch and the complication can only show “surface time”. I have gone through and tested changing it to every other stat or info available. The selection works, but the complication remains unchanged.
          I thought maybe this is because of the “dive” I did, so I deleted the activity. Still the surface time persists. Restarting the watch did not change. It is a nuisance.

          Thanks again for your response.

            @dalbertlebrun This works as intended, but I agree it is a bit silly for most users. On this forum it has been suggested previously that the user could choose what happens in water:

            1. nothing
            2. autostart in pre-selected water activity mode (scube, freedive, snorkeling, open-water swimming etc.)
            3. autostart in last used water activity
