Horrible customer service

Ordered a watch two weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Customer service is impossible to work with and seem to just give answers such as “ we are working on it” etc. website explicitly states 2-3 days delivery. Dhl is the international carrier and are also hard to work with and resolve matters. I’ve decided to return the watch not willing to endure all the horrible communications and endless drama. They have yet to send me a confirmation on the return or to contact dhl to implement it. Never again will I deal with such horrendous incompetence. Lets go suunto send me confirmation and refund my money. -
