Can Bluetooth broadcast heart rate ?
-
While sport training, the heart rate provided by Suunto Vertical watch is not accurate enough, so I use a Suunto Smart Heat Rate Belt.
I also use a smartphone app to show me graphically in which heart rate range I train.
I realised that only the watch or the smartphone app can get the eart rate information provided by the belt.
When the belt is connected to the watch, Decathlon Coach app cannot fin the belt and when the belt is connected to tha app before starting a training with Suunto Vertical watch, the watch does not uses heart rate comming from the belt but the watch sensor.
If I set the watch not to use its internal heart mesure, I do all the training sequence at 0 bpm.
I thought that Bluetooth 4 could broadcast to more than 1 client by the same time and share the information to the watch AND the smartphone app.
In fact, the belt is pared to the watch AND Decathlon Coach app but the signal from the belt is not broadcasted to both watch and smartphone app devices by the same time.
It is frustrating.
Is somebody found a solution to broadcast by Bluetooth or ANT+ ?
How to force connexion by Bluetooth instead od ANT+ ?
I thank you for your lesson.

@martin720601 The Suunto smartsensor has only 1 bluetooth channel and no Ant+. It will only transmit to 1 device,
