Suunto Smart Brustgurt / Anfängerfrage

Hallo,
ich Versuche es erstmal auf deutsch.
Ich habe eine Frage, die Ihr mir sicherlich schnell beantworten könnt.
Ich habe mir eine Suunto Race S mit dem Suunto Smart Brustgurt gekauft.
Muss ich jedes Mal, wenn ich den Gurt anstatt der Messung am Handgelenk nutzen möchte, den Gurt an der Uhr koppeln und nach dem Training wieder entkoppeln? Oder deaktiviert sich der Gurt, wenn er eine Zeit lang keine Messung durchführen kann, ga er abgelegt wurde? Sehe ich auf der Uhr worüber gemessen wird? Also am Handgelenk oder Brust?
Es erscheint mir umständlich jedes Mal über die Einstellungen in der Uhr koppeln zu müssen.

Hi, no, you don’t have to pair it with the watch, and then unpair it after a workout. Just pair it once. Then just put the chest strap on, wait before you start your activity until you see a green belt icon above the START button, this means the chest strap is connected to the watch. That’s all.
