@thanasis working fine here, no issues with hat.

Hi all. I hate to rain on the parade… Sleep tracking failed last night… That is:
- no HRV and no sleep.
- Heart rate was measured during the night. At least the graph makes me believe that and minimal HF during sleep is reported
- Resources were measured
So from my perspective, the bug is not gone but persists. Or my Race is faulty.
@pavel-samokha I did not reset my watch in case you want logs.
I got the same issue on SR and before the update everything was working good.
-
No issue here with my Race S. Not before, but also not after the latest update.
I even think that the time between when I go to bed and the watch detects the “start” of the sleep has been shorter.
Also the sleep report in the morning pops up a bit faster.

Watch face resets to its defaults - color & complications. 2025 Q1 does not fix this. I still have this issue. I’m not sure why support for new watch faces comes in place while there is still bug with old ones. It’s really disappointing. I assume it was know issue. So we have to wait till Q2 this to be maybe fixed? Thanks for info.
I had the same experience, I had to remove and upload the watchfaces again which fixed this problem.

@Ars-Vitae good question. I thought that Suunto may introduce a new SuuntoPlus feature like Coros “track run”.
-
@pavel-samokha
My first impressions. Nice and smooth.
Only the watch faces need to be improved. There are only 4 features on the main dial.
In my latest tests, I noticed that the battery started to drain 4% faster after the update in daily use.
It is worn on my wrist all night long. It may be due to the improvement.
Also, when I sleep at night (the watch is on my wrist), I get a warning every 2 hours to get up.This is very funny, I sleep anyway and wake up to vibration.

Did you set the Auto do not disturb mode, between your typical sleeping times?

@Wilson75 @Ars-Vitae Joaquin Perez said in his video that sport modes will be improved. He referred to the track running sport mode.
Maybe Q2 update? -

Maybe Q2 update?Perhaps at the same time as Suunto Run will be released ?

First run after the update this morning and I was pleasantly surprised that ZoneSense Suunto Plus app was still enabled although I answered “yes” to the question whether I want to use today’s planned TAO Guide.
Nice to see that Suunto is listening to user feedback. Boost in my confidence going forward with Suunto brand…
Besides that nothing changed for me. OHR is as good or bad as it has been before. Sleep tracking works as before. Resources might be a bit more aligned to my actual feelings but it is too early to say.

@Stefano-M64 No, I don’t use it because it closes everything.
-
Will there be new watchfaces and if yes, when?

yes. Soon.

Hey, not sure if it was mentioned already, but seems that new update broke wi-fi on my Race S.
Cannot enable it in the watch nor in the app, toggle moves, but it stays off all the time.I have it off by default, until I want to update/download maps. So during the upgrade it was set to off.
Anybody else with the same problem?
-
Will there also be some new functions, or enhanced functionality on current functions (more sensors for example)?
-
@Egika new faces are in the same concept. not enough for me.
like other brands, I want to see more than 4 information at a glance on the home screen.
I guess this is not possible -
Hello,
I installed the 2.40.38 yesterday afternoon on my Race S Titanium and this night it had not tracked my sleep at all. It is the first time It happened since I have the watch (January). Am I only the only one?
Another bug I noticed is that in the Simplicity analog watch face, the second hand is always white despite the fact I select another color. This is my favorite watch-face and it is annoying, all the others work well. Do you notice the same bug?
Thanks
-
@Antonello85 i’ve noticed the exact same problems as you: no sleep recorded and accentuated color not taken into consideration on some watchfaces
Also my ressources doesn’t change at all since the update but that’s maybe linked to missing sleep…
I’ve restarted the watch multiple times with no improvment.
Are there any solution to solve at least the sleep recording ?

also my wife’s Race S didn’t recorded the sleep this night, but sleep tracking was an issue also before the last update (partial, no tracking)

There are other watch faces as well. I think it’s about the design. For example, the default interface is white. However, you can only change the color in the interface designed for Verital Week. Like
