RACE S problem with new software update 2.39.44

Hello,
I have a problem with the last update for the RACE S.
The watch displays the message “service mode,” and then, when I press the top button for 12 seconds, the screen displays a green bar with a transition message “The device is being restored to a safe state,” then a final message “the device recovered from an error,” “error 1401,1401,1401,1401 SW version 2.39.20.”
I then think everything is back to normal, but the “service mode” screen reappears and the cycle starts again…
Could one of you help me?
