sleep tracking not working ... again
-
Sleep tracking stopped for about three nights, so I did all the recommended things and actually did a hard reset. It worked again for a couple of weeks and then didn’t track it again for the past two nights. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

@Mardee-Saxton it happened to me first time yesterday

@Likarnik WE have to wait for a fix for that…

For the first time since I have owned the Vertical (15 months) my OHR stopped overnight - soft reset has restarted it. It is the first incident I have had that requires any kind of reset, as far as I can recall, which I think is not so bad - unless it starts happening more regularly. On the basis the last update was a couple of months ago, I am not sure it can even be blamed on that - who knows?
In other respects my Vertical is still doing everything I want it to do. -
It happened to my vertical too. It was my first time losing sleep tracking for 6 days last month from 24/1-29/1. As I always wear heart rate belt during workout, I wasn’t realised the heart rate tracking on watch is not functioning until I saw there is no HRV data shown on app.
I restarted my watch and get a fully charged. Then back to normal so far.

Now first time ever (since s9!) that I got wrong sleep hours, slept like a brick and gave me 2h+ awake time

@Likarnik today there was a newsletter from Suunto to all. With information about the situation of some.

I am experiencing the same issues. All my problems started with update 2.39.20. I bought the device in June, and everything was perfect until the update. The issues began with the heart rate monitor not working (it usually stops during the night). Now, I have additional problems with sleep tracking. I slept really well for 7 hours, but on the watch, it was marked as a 2-hour nap and 3 hours of sleep.
I’m sending logs to suunto, hope this will help.
