      Hi everyone,

I have a Race S, had it since September now, and recently I have started regularly practicing swimming with HR recording from wrist.

I have noticed that more often than not, basically almost always, as soon as my HR goes a bit up, the watch records crazy HR frequency, up to and over 200 bpm. When I stop, the watch keep on recording crazy HR frequency, being stuck to the top of the red zone, and only after some 30 secs/1 min, goes instantly to the lowest bottom of lower HR frequency.

The customer support recommended first a soft reset, which obviously did not work. Then they recommended to downgrade the software to the previous version. The fact that I had notices very unreliable HR measurement from wrist before, in walking/trekking modes, either too low or too high, makes me quite sceptical with this solution. Also, in this case, if it worked, it means that I need to give up all the new features and (supposed) improvements brought about by the latest software.

Anyone had same problem? Any suggestions?

      Thanks

      Davide
