weather widget not updating

Hello, I have only seen permissions on the phone (GPS + app running in background) but not on the watch. Where can I find it? i have a Race s.

I have exactly the same problem. I use Suunto Race S and an android phone. Permissions are set correctly.
Is there a solution to that problem?

I have the same. I have an iPhone, app updates in the background are allowed, always access to gps, I leave the app running. Sometimes it updates the weather, but too often it doesn’t.
But if it works, it is so much better than on garmin (switched from garmin back to suunto last month). I get local forecasts, the weather station used is shown and air quality is reported. None of this is on garmins weather app.

since we got a new firmware update to 2.39.44 the problem is solved.

Thanks, Harryi have to say it is indeed a lot better… still i had to synch 3 times today to get it update but that was the only time i had to do so

It’s still wobbly.
The easiest way to see is in the morning. Sometimes my watch says it synced 2 hours ago and sometimes it says 9 hours ago (and in the last case doesn’t show any weather forecast until I force close the suunto app and start it again)
