      Hello everyone.
Recently I encountered a freeze in the custom sport mode Hiking (Suunto Vertical Titanium Solar, SW 2.39.20). In this mode I use 2 screens with 7 data fields and 1 screen with circles.
In the mode, 2 S+ applications are enabled (Sun and Weather).
In the mode, the map is enabled and the route is loaded.
After starting the mode, I start scrolling through the screens, looking at the data. Almost always, the Weather application does not show much data, the same happens with the Sun application. On one of the S+ applications, the mode freezes. Sometimes pressing the circle button helps, sometimes pause / start. Once the watch froze forever, I had to reboot it. Another time, after starting the mode and freezing, I tried to disable the S+ applications, but the watch rebooted itself.
I tried the same configuration, but in the standard Hiking mode. Freezing does not occur.
I tried to delete and create a new custom Hiking mode, the freeze was repeated.
I tried a configuration without a route. Freezing occurs. I tried resetting the watch. The freeze happened again.
I tried rolling back the software to the previous one (2.37.48), and that didn’t help either.
In my opinion, the freeze is either due to the additional load of S+, or something is wrong with the Weather or Sun application.
I haven’t been hiking for a long time, but I don’t remember such a freeze last year. I first noticed this freeze a month ago.
Dear friends and testers, could you check the work of a similar configuration?

@Sergei-Ladeishchikov after the freeze happened, can you go to settings in your mobile app and “send logs to Suunto” please?
Then send the time and date plus your account name in the Suunto App to me via private message.
This way we can make sure that your case becomes a bug report that has all necessary information for the devs to track down the root cause.

        thank you!

@Egika I can do this at any time, it happens all the time. How long should the activity last and what actions should I take to give the developers more information?

@Sergei-Ladeishchikov just reproduce the freezing, connect the watch to the app right afterwards and provide the information mentioned above please.
            Thank you for your help!
