Suunto guides do not sync on watch
-
Hello guys, sorry for the English not perfect.
I am just a new proud owner of a Suunto race S. I was on farming before.
I’m running into a problem that’s driving me crazy. I am unable to transfer my created workouts to the watch.
I create my workout, sync the watch and it stays in “not on watch” all the time.
I’m on iPhone 11.
I tried to: uninstall the application. Turn off Bluetooth, reset the watch. Turn off, turn on. Delete training, recreate it.
However, the connection works fine in the watch -> app, as my run from yesterday was transferred without any troubles.I logged on to the suunto chat, waited an hour but when the person logged on I replied a minute too late and I’m back in the queue.
Please help me, I m so disappointed.
Thank you

@Feenadk It happened to me last week. Like you, I tried everything I could imagine. I discovered it was because I had too many guides queued up to be synced (2 weeks’ worth of guides, so eight in total).
I deleted half of them, keeping only the guides for the week. Then I synced the watch and the guides synced as well.

@Feenadk I experienced the same issue with Humango. But in my case, I didn’t see the workout in the Guides in the Suunto App at all. It turned out that the problem was in the programmed heart rate, pace or power ranges in the planned workout. Once I changed the ranges, I saw the workout in the Guides and it synced with the watch.
