app - vertical find but can't connect

Hello
Since 3 days my vertical does not synchronise with the Android APP anymore.
I can click on the watch in the Android APP, it searches for the device, finds it and displays it correctly - but the connection button is greyed out and therefore cannot connect.I have done a 12 second reset on the top button! no change.
what can i do - should upload for tomorrow tours?

@isazi LOL i never have to reboot the phone - but this works - Merci

@vinc14 guess there was something stuck at the Bluetooth stack level, and the app could not recover from that
