Suunto Ocean Heart Rate Broadcast

I just got an Ocean. I want to use the heart rate monitor to broadcast my heart rate to my bike computer so that I can see it while riding.
Is there a setting, widget, or app that I can use to make the watch discoverable to other devices other than my mobile phone?

@Kenneth-Carter There is no such option. Besides, wrist reading while cycling is of little use. Too low accuracy.
