Vertical - central and middle button not working

Hello…After last software update I just fount impossible to operate my watch using the central an upper buttons. Both of them seem to have now the same behaviour, going one level up in the menu and the confirm the option. This makes almost impossible to select some actions, for example, stopping and recording or removing sport activities.
Not sure whether it could be hardware related, but the what has been working well since purchased a beginning december.

@dacosta78 Restart your watch, it might help. “Hold the upper button for 12 seconds and release it to perform a soft reset”

Hi, thank you for your reply. Already done a couple of times but everything stays the same. In fact I can no longer user the quick access assigned to upper button because it don’t recognize a long press to that button (even if the 12s press for restarting is still working, but I’m afraid that if finally fails I won’t be able to switch it on again) -
This definitely seems like something for support and not this forum…clearly an issue with the device
