Suggestions for Improving the Stand-Up Reminder Function on Vertical

Since I’m an office worker, I really appreciate the stand-up reminder function on my Vertical. However, it would be great to be able to adjust the period (default = 2 hours) and maybe add a complication indicating the time of inactivity (countdown or count-up timer).

Nice idea & likewise would be great to get it on the Race too.
