Hello good day guys just need help for my race s, i have this for over a month already, last weekend i tried using the find my phone feature , but it will only says unable to connect and unable to ring the phone, already tried several troubleshooting with support chat, the one thing that help is unpairing then pairing but the problem would comeback after an hour or two, also would like to ask if its normal that i still need to open the suunto app ob ny phone for my workout to sync? Just read a comment on my reddit post that their workout automatically sync without opening the app, my phone is a iphone 13 mini thank you

@jariusxd I believe you need a Bluetooth connection so if your phone is out of that range it will not work. Close quarters only!

@Audaxjoe hello also tried find my phone with them sitting next to each other still it would prompt unable to connect

I can only think it is to do with permission on the phone.
The feature works well in my case, and I also do not have to open app to sync.

Hello so i think i found the issue whether iOS or Suunto, my problem of syncing and finding my phone goes away whenever the Suunto app is open either in the main screen or in the background, but whenever its close my problem keep on coming back
