Swim in Swimming pool Bug or what?

Hello i tried swimming in the pool today,
I was feeling enthusiastic, until I started my swim. I didn’t record much of my swim it was stuck at 25meters.I tried to turn off, restart, etc and connect in the app. But nothing works.
On my 3rd try. 0 meters was recorded for the 5mins and I ended my swimming due to my disappointment.
Anyone in suunto can look into this?
I was expecting that i can in one segment of the pool, tapping the end of pool and and it will record. But it didn’t. I already posted deceleration time without any concrete answer. I want to train in the pool but with this. It only added disappointment instead of enjoyment.@Dimitrios Kanellopoulos
