suunto baro 9 not vibrating for notifications

I am trying to make my suunto 9 baro vibrate when I get a notification, my tones setting is “all off” and my vibration is “all on” in tones>general. It receives notifications (I see the pop-up and notification history) and buttons vibrate correctly but notifications don’t vibrate at all. I have already restarted my watch.
