      sometime reading about OHR what means OHR, HR would be Heart Rate. But nothing found in the manual about O HR.

        @vinc14 Optical. Heart rate based on the optical sensors present at the back of the watch.
        Google would have answer that as well I guess.

          @vinc14 the O stands for optical: Optical heart rate. This differs from resistance which uses contact points like some strap heart rate monitors.

          That’s the flashing green LED on the watch would be the OHR
