HR monitor stopped working, support unreachable.

Hello,
I live in France. The HR monitor of my Suunto Race S stopped working correctly (goes from 40 bpm when I am running fast uphill to 210 bpm when I am jogging lightly…). I tried a reset without success. I am struggling to reach Support, and the form for sending for repair under warranty (https://repair.suunto.com/CustomerPortal/RepairCustomerPortal#) doesn’t work. Does anyone know how to proceed or their phone number ? I am surprised by how bad is the support… not even a phone number on their website but the chat on the app tells you to find the phone number on the website and call them. -

@Mff73 No it doesn’t, when I do all the steps and enter my address for pick up, it fails with “Error” and nothing else. You can try.
