Heart Rate Zone is Wrong
-
Hi all,
I recently wore the race s with the polar H10 chest strap to do some intervals.
Strangely the heart rate graph shows some believable heart rate trend, but the zones do not seem to correlate.
I was wondering if anyone knows why?
Thank you!

Almost 2 years later and I see the same discrepancies. Might be a coincidence but I use the H10 as well. Suunto says I was in Zone 1 during 36% of the activity - I was constantly above, even when I started. The line chart (and the Laps section) seems to tell the true story here, despite some signal drop outs (was a hot day). In line with this Zone 1 haluzination, Suunto calculated an average heart rate of 127 which is absurd too given the line chart.
Any idea where this is coming from and when it will be fixed?

@muellersjens I have a Vertical 2 ant there are two kind of HF Zones possible. An overall one and one for dedicated sports like running. Can you check if you see the same in training settings and if the HF zones match? Just an idea…
And the app also has MaxHR & RestHR settings, maybe they play a role as well…
