Stratum face watch optimizations

I really like this watch face: Stratum.
I just think it’s missing a few things to be perfect, for example:
- a lower indicator like on the default face watch (useful for HRV), but I understand it’s hard to have enough place
- the ability to change the upper indicator (currently the date) if desired
- a rounded HRV indicator with color status
