After todays update I can’t access “sport mode customization” anymore. It just keeps loading until I get a “Oops something went wrong” error.

It fully syncs and connects. I can access al the other features. After the update both my watch faces and my sport modes were reset. I could easily reload the watch faces through the app. I can also install/uninstall sport apps. But when trying to access sport modes it just keeps loading.

It even responds to me using the watch by giving my a “watch is busy” until I return to the main menu. Then it returns to loading and eventually will give the “Oops…” error again.

Before the update I had deleted all modes except for 1 custom one. They are all back now. Which is fine if I could edit them.

I’m using android. It is the latest version of the suunto app. I killed the app several times - I even rebooted my phone.

      The issue remains.

Anything else I can do to troubleshoot?

edit. I also did a “settings, general, Power off” and synced with the app afterswards. No effect.

Try to Logout / login from app, and if not better, uninstall/reinstall the app.
        And see…

@Mff73 I reinstalled the app. The problem persists.

          What now?

Can someone from Suunto reply please how do I fix my watch?

What does “Oops something went wrong” mean? This is not a errorcode that says anything useful!

@isazi I did a hard reset and it’s working as intended again.

              Edit.

Sorry it’s not. I now can see the sport modes. Deleted all but one. But when I try to create a new custom mode:

              “Oops! Something went wrong”

And now I’m back where I started I can’t get an overview of the sport modes anymore after deleting all but 1 of them…

              😞

              Doing a second hard reset…

After the second hard reset I can access the sport modes again. Apparently deleting sport modes messes the watch up. Weird!!!

I can add a custom mode now. When I first delete all modes I cannot add a custom mode and when exiting the screen it’s impossible to get back to it.

Hope this helps and this bug can be addressed.
