Training doesn’t synchronize

Hello dear forum! I am new here, pardon if my problem has been discussed here. I was running this morning but my 5 Peak doesn’t show the activity in “training” but in the logbook. It also doesn’t show up in the Suunto app (OS) and Strava. App is latest version and the peak was reset after I discovered the problem. Any ideas what I can do!?? All best from Munich!

the logbook is were you find your past activites.What do you mean for reset ? Restart/ soft reset ?

Watch became unresponsive and lost connection with the Suunto app. Had to clear both the data and cache to get the watch to pair again.

@Todd-Danielczyk something is definitely not working on suunto side. Bought a new watch yestarday and I’m having problems with importing activities, installing update and logging in from other services.

@yaatzek I am sorry to hear this is your introduction experience! I can assure you, this is not typical for us users and something is definately going on with the application right now.
A few of us (myself being a Suunto watch user for about 5+ years now) have noticed issues trying to sync our various watches but it’s starting to work as expected. Give it some time and I’m confident it will all come back as expected.
I’m still missing some data and the watch will not connect to check for updates so you are not alone!

@Todd-Danielczyk this was definitely a harsh introduction. But I’m feeling better today with everything working as it should. For now I’m trying to learn cause it’s so much different then Garmin.
