Stuck on a dive

So I took my Suunto ocean skydiving and had it set to baro. Unfortunately it set itself to dive mode and now it’s stuck there at 3,9m under water for over four hours and I have no idea how to get it out of it. Help please

@Green_Ninja Have you tried a soft reset? Press upper button until the watch restarts.
