Suunto 9 resets half update

I have a Suunto 9 watch and its stuck on the downwards arrow screen. I have tried soft and hard resets but nothing worked. When I try to update it on the Suunto Link app it does the first half of the update fine but in the other half the watch starts restarting and then the update gives an error.
I don’t know what to do or what is the problem. -
@Boris-Makou Did you find a solution? I have i similar issue and I can’t get through all the forms to send for repair.

@Boris-Makou, @Mattias My Spartan Ultra got stuck with that downward arrow after a training where it ran out of battery. Tried soft and hard resets without success. What helped was: let the battery run empty until the screen turns completely off (no more the 🪫 symbol), then connect it to the charger. This brought it back to life.
