Faulty screen
-
So, I first kept getting 1403 errors after only 3 days ownership and it eventually wouldn’t reset so retailer replaced it. Now this replacement one suddenly started flickering madly like the screen was shorting out and now the screen is totally white. It’s completely useless. Has anyone else had this?
Two faulty watches in two weeks. I loved it for the few days it worked, but can’t be doing with this unreliability. I’m afraid I won’t be buying Suunto again, especially after my Spartan HR and then Peak 5 didn’t last much longer than 2 years either. -
I have the same issue. One week my Race S worked perfectly and suddenly, after loading it the system started to collaps frequently. Soft reset didn´t work.
Text is: ERROR 1403,1403 SW-Version 2.37.34
Also setting it back to Factory setting doesn´t help. The “support” is practically not existing. The “chat” on the homepage not working. Talking to an AI not helping and referring to a support number that doesn´t exist.
Can anyone here help me?

The best thing is that you send it for repair, I do not have a link but I’m sure you will find it in Suunto’s web page.
