Locking the button during exercice should not lock the roller as it forbid to zoom it zoom out the map
-
The lock button is a extreemly important feature as it avoid unwanted actions such as stopping the exercise accidentally
However there is a wrong point : it also lock the roller movement
So you cannot anymore zoom it and zoom out to change the map size, and for doing such you are obliged to unlock the button, then change the zoom then lock again
This is extreemly cumbersome and not good.
It will have been far better if the lock button will only neutralize the up and down button but will have no effect at all on the roller. -
@Mister-PYC I would love if Suunto had two different lock options. One that locks everything like now. And one that allowed you to do everything except pausing or stopping an activity. Let me do laps, zoom on the map, change to the climb guide on the elevation profile and so on. Without the risk of stopping the activity.
