Race S crashing randomly

Hi,

My new Suunto Race S Powder Gray is crashing randomly, whether I am doing an activity or not.

I have tried resetting the watch but to no avail, latest Software update, should I just RMA?

@isazi Thanks, so I assumed. Was trying to find the chat bubble on the suunto.com website but it does not popup for me on either Mozilla Firefox or on Edge, laptop or mobile.
