      Apologies if this has been asked before, but I searched and didn’t see a solution.

      I have just started using my SVTi for open water swimming.

      On Saturday (the first time) I used the standard, preconfigured Openwater swimming basic. This recorded distance, and I had the track in the app.

      As I wanted the main display page to show temp as well I made a customised sport mode based on basic swimming. The only change being to field 3 on the first screen, making that temperature.

      In my swims yesterday and today I got no distance, and no track in the app, though if I went to the map screen whilst the sport was running, it did show a track. (Temperature shows correctly)

      So today, I tested again with openwater basic, also no distance! I also edited my custom openwater swim to try ‘swim distance’ and then ‘nautical distance’, and still no distance showing.

      Yes I have a GPS fix before I start and yes, gps works fine in other sport modes.

      What am I doing wrong??

      SV Ti All Black, Coros Apex Pro, Ambit 3 Peak, Ambit 3 Sport (sold), Ambit 2 (Sold), X10 Mi (Retired), Quest (Sold), T3 (Sold), T6C (Retired as unfixable - Suunto gave me a big discount on Ambit 2!), Polar H10 belt, Suunto Smart Belt

        @Swaddy61 I would delete the custom mode, reboot the watch, create it again (this is just to clean all caches) and see if the issue is still there. If it’s still there, we can open a bug and have it fixed.

          @isazi
          I encountered a problem where an illogical distance appears on the watch and in the iPhone application When the training is transferred to another phone as a file (iphine or Android) A different and more reasonable distance appears
