This is the thing I’ve noticed some releases ago: whener you publish any new version of the application, all my personalised activity settings reset to default values. With the latest release – you even reset my watch face.

My question is: what’s the point of doing that? I personalise my trainings not to see things like “feelings” after my activities. Settings rest all my paired sensors and reset to default sensors, like wrist HR. From the perspective of user experience: it’s not optimal, I don’t want to personalise my watch with every release. I work in IT and if our product was to reset all user settings with each release, by this time we’d have no customers whatsoever.

Moreover, and rather than a bug, this is a general note: each of your release makes the UX worse. First, you disable switching through widgets, enabling me to choose one widget of my choice to be switched by the middle button. Now you disabled swithcing through what you call “complications” on the watch face with a finger tap. Now, I have to to settings, watch face > something, hard-choose one of the options and save them. I mean: what is the point of this? I chose Suunto Peak Pro 9 since it’s compact and I was looking for a minimalistic sport watch with as little smart-watch like functionalities as possible, but you keep my user experience worse and worse.
