Race S (All-Black) strap

The All-Black Race S I bought has a strap that is thicker and less flexible than the Race one, also the pin at its end is harder to close. Isn’t really clear to me why a lighter and smaller watch is equipped with a sturdier strap …
I would swap them, but my wife don’t want because of the imprinted SUUNTO brand

@Stefano-M64 different production technology, these straps should last longer and get less dirty. It feels much stiffer at the beginning, but it gets softer after some use.

@isazi All the straps of SRS look good. I just bought the black Coros strap like yours. Let’s see whether I’ll like it.

about the Race’s strap, I’ve to say that after some weeks of use it stopped to be sticky and now it ok, just a little thin for the Race weight

I searched on the shop, the new model should be the one labelled ATH6, that is SUUNTO 22MM ATHLETIC 6 SILICONE STRAP, it’s a pity they are that expensive, by comparing with the price of the watch itself we have:
1 Race S = 6 ATH6 straps (!)
