      Hi Guys,

Yesterday on a hike I just realized that when I swiped on the map, it didn’t return back to the actual position.
In the past it was happened automatically after a litte bit of time. Now I had to double tapped to do it.
Now I checked manual as well and it said: “(if the screen has not been touched for 5 seconds, the map returns to your current location)”

Has anybody experienced this? Maybe the manual should be updated?

      Thanks,
      Marcell

@kamarasm need to tap, but new firmware should also include a timeout (do not remember if users can enable it or not, will check) after which map automatically goes back to actual position.

Edit: indeed, in navigation settings it will be possible to set the timeout for recentering. Now, just need to wait few more days 🙂

@isazi Yes, in the upcoming update “map recenter” can be configured to automatic or manual. Automatic timeout is adjustable and manual can be made by central button (really useful for winter)

@pavel-samokha or in the case the touch is disabled on map or screen locked.
Btw: if I remember well, in Race there is no custom battery profile. Which means user cannot configure touch for map and navigation as well.
Is there any plan for customer battery profile on Race as well? 🙂
