Tracks in the vertical that I can't delete

1 month ago I do a Hard Reset to the watch because I had inside the watch routes I’ve used but now they are still inside and they are not sync with the app in IOS. Is there any way to delete these tracks in the watch. obviusly the routes not appeared in the suunto app.
It’s a pitty this watch with so many issues, the last hard reset I spent more than 6 hours to restablish everything.

why you did an hard reset?
search the forum (“15 routes”) and you’ll find a way to fill the watch with new routes to delete those zombies
