Problem with the map the Suunto app transfer

Hello,
Sorry for my english I’m french.
Since yesterday I have a problem with my Suunto Vertical at the end of an activity (hike, running, trail running, bike) during the transfer to the Suunto app.The problem is that the map doesn’t appear when the activity is downloaded.
I don’t understand because during the activity, all informations are ok (distance, elevation gain, speed). I have my position with the map behind and I can follow a direction.I restarted the phone and the Suunto too.

If you speak about the HR, I remove it for a run (https://maps.suunto.com/move/tjoensgauthier/666b3fc29b3a6601bf936ef4) it’s the same -
@Vertical_Blink You can try to disconnect the watch on the phone and connect it again. Also you can try to delete local maps if the first one don’t help you.

Your issue is not having “map” displayed on your activity in the app, right ? It is what i called a “non working” activity.
in the link you shared, there is no map neither displayed in my app for your activity (neither on the web sites). Are you sure you enabled GPS in the sportmode AND wait for proper GPS fix ? I know you already wrote that yes, but just in case. This activity is 4minutes, 300m and 12 steps, just a test ?

@danklod I disconnected the Suunto from the application and reconnected it and I reloaded the map. I will see.

@Mff73 the GPS is enable and I waiting several second after the fix green arrow of the GPS.

if you have an android phone and willing to have a look at the raw data that the watch sent to the app, you can make a dump of suunto app data https://forum.suunto.com/post/40800
and then find some files like here in the resultant folder.

you might see if the watch is having GPS values or not, and then the root “cause” might be precised -

I tried an another test with 3 pictures :
1 during the “run”, everything is ok.
The 2 others are at the end of the test, there is no graphic for the elevation (third picture), it’s the problem.
And for the second picture, it’s below all the resume, it’s the elevation again but with more information and it’s the same : no trend.

If you already soft reset your watch, if you are seeing green fixed arrow before launching activity, if you see your position on the map during activity, but nothing about GPS track in Suuntoapp after, I can’t help more.
Let’s wait for others.
