Incorrect running cadence
-
I have noticed that in some of my runs - but not all - my running cadence seems to be totally messed up. E.g. last week I was doing a series of 3 threshold intervals followed by 4 200m sprints and after the run I saw this (cadence is in the second column):

It looks like correct cadence only kicks in periodically. I didn’t change anything and I run rather normally. The watch was fastened tight to the wrist. I was also using the Polar H10 belt (not sure if that matters). Any thoughts/ideas?
PS. After doing some more investigation, I found a very similar thread on the Suunto 5 forum: here. @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos , @juhis70 - were you able to pin point the reason there? -
PS2. I did a test run today and was very surprised to see the results:

First half of the run was with the watch on my left hand (which is my preferred option), second half - on the right hand. Looks like my left wrist is not cadence-compatible… -

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Yup, this is what I referenced on the bottom of my first post as a ‘PS’ and why I called you out
Either way, I’ll try to use my right hand more often for wearing the watch, even if I don’t understand why this would work better than wearing it on the left hand.
