Sleep tracking

Hello everyone.
I use a Suunto Peak 5 watch and for the last month, the sleep tracking has been very strange.
It says “poor,” even though I’ve slept more than my defined range.
I’ve slept 8.39h, target i +0.39h, Sleep Quality is 40% poor.
Has this happened to anyone else and if you know what could be an issue it would be great?
