Caloriecount wrong since 2 days

Hello together,
For the past 2 days, the calorie counting on my watch hasn’t been working correctly. The watch shows the correct number of calories for activities, but the wrong value for the basal metabolic rate.
For example, right now at 3:16 PM, it shows an activity of 447 calories and a total expenditure of 709 calories.
I had the same problem yesterday.
Until 2 days ago, everything was working fine and I haven’t changed any settings or anything like that.
Restarting didn’t work either.Does anyone know this problem?
