Sport modes: abs

I’d like to use the watch to start tracking dedicated abs exercises.
Any suggestion what sport mode to use? -

@Giovanni-Pianigiani Well, you can create your own Sport mode, or use one of the predefined. There are plenty of them.
For the ABS, I would be deciding among Aerobics, Circuit training, Cross Training or Gymnastics.
The beauty of the Custom sport mode is, that you can create it and adapt it according your needs.
