Can't customize sports mode

Hello everyone,
It has been some time since I updated my watch (a year maybe) and didn’t need to for what I was doing with it.
I saw the SuuntoPlus apps coming and was thrilled as I wanted back some features that I had with moovescount and my 3S (ghostmode mainly).
After the update, I can’t go into my sports mode, I always get an error
My watch is connected, I even ran a bit yersterday and the upload into Suunto App went fine as always.
I tried to disconnect it from the App, and soft reset https://www.suunto.com/fr-fr/Assistance/faq-articles/lifecycle/comment-reinitialiser-votre-montre-suunto/
I don’t want to hard reset it but can someone tell my if I have any other solution ? The App is working fine, it’s the only (and maybe most important) menu that I can’t access right now.

did you unpair the app from the watch too? -
@sartoric yeah I even uninstalled the App and still have the same issue

did you also restarted the phone ? -

try redo everything, sometimes it’s just BT connection that get stuck.- unpair app from watch
- unpair watch from app
- reinstall app
- restart phone
- soft reset watch

@sartoric my new Race S has the same issue. Yesterday it worked, but after a hard reset today (because sleep was not tracked) it does not work anymore. Syncing workouts and everything else works. I did all the mentioned steps…
Any idea how to fix? -
@Patrick-Rx Update: did another hard-reset, reinstalled app(removed beta as well)…now it works again
