Strava Live Segments sync problem

There is a problem between Suunto ios app and Strava mobile app. I have about 20 starred segments but I can see only one in my Vertical or mobile app. What can cause this?
I have Strava Premium account. This problem has been since Suunto announced Strava Live Segments.
What should I do to see all the started segments on Suunto guide list?

1. Un-star all the segments in Strava 2. Open My SuuntoPlus guides in Suunto App 3. Star segments in Strava 4. Open My SuuntoPlus guides in Suunto App

@isazi yes i have.
I have also deleted all the maps from Strava, deleted strava app, checked that i have memory left my vertical and so on.I have deleted all the segments from strava and checked that the list on SA is empty. When I pick like 5 new Segments (ride and run), there is only one segment on Suunto App. It seems that my SA can sync only some segments but not all the starred ones. I have latest suunto app and ios version…

@Jananas okay so maybe you’ve hit some bug. What could help (the developers) is that you repeat the procedure I suggested in this thread and then send logs (sending logs is done inside the settings menu of the app). After let me know in private the time you sent logs and your email, and I’ll open a bug with Suunto.

@Jananas Check the grade of the segments that you are trying to sync. I think Strava is blocking live segments for downhill segments, due to safety reasons.
