While navigating a route with an out and back section of track that over lapped and crossed itself at several points. I noticed the helpful (blue) direction of travel/route direction arrows became obscured by the (red) recorded GPS track when re-passing areas. Surely the blue arrow should remain at the top of the image stack to avoid this issue? anyone have a work around besides not recording an activity whilst navigating?

Is there somewhere to make suggestions for future firmware implementations btw?

      many thanks

i would personnaly say that if red and blue are mixed, i would prefer the red one over the blue one (as it tends to show where i really went, and not theorical route).
in addition, if they are mixed, meaning you pass exactely where it was scheduled, then, why having to prefer one to the other ?

and, if i am not wrong, you can navigate a route without recording. Go to the map widget and select an route, and choose navigate instead of recording.
